30-day return requests

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Email service@pazkelo.com with your order number, item name and reason for the request.

Change-of-mind return conditions

Items must be unused, unaltered and free from customer-caused wear or damage, with their original labels, included components and packaging where supplied.

For change-of-mind returns, skateboards must not have been ridden, and protective equipment must not have been used in riding or subjected to an impact.

These conditions do not exclude remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from their description.

How to return an item

Contact us before posting a parcel. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Our business address is not an automatic return destination.

Package the item securely and retain proof of postage. A tracked service is recommended.

Return shipping costs

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We cover necessary return shipping where a return is required to resolve a faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed item.

Faults and product concerns

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include a description and photographs where available, and stop using equipment that appears damaged or defective.

If a concern appeared during use, describe the circumstances. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are assessed separately from defects. Use of an item does not automatically remove rights relating to a defect that becomes apparent during normal intended use.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return or claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, contact us to discuss availability and the available options.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. The 30-day change-of-mind period does not replace any longer period or additional protection provided by law. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
